Sistema de trabajo que te permite no volver a empezar de cero cada mes de tu vida. Cada pasito que das dentro de la compañía, se acumula para el resto de tu vida, lo que te da tranquilidad y te permite vivir sin incertidumbre.

Minpunten

Las desventajas no vienen de la compañía, provienen del " sistema operativo con el que nos programan desde niños" en el que a las personas las educan para ser conformistas y seguir la típica rutina de trabajo en la que todos los meses empiezas de cero, si no trabajas, no cobras. La sociedad en general está configurada para tener una mentalidad pobre.

Good peer group for support on any task that needs to be done. Employees are really kind to each and easy to work with.

Minpunten

Company has been making cuts everywhere to stay afloat for several years now. Management doesn't invest in employee growth. No work life balance. No matter how fast you work, you're told it should have been done faster. Company now has multiple employee reviews per year designed to put pressure on employees to perform. Layoffs are consistent with no warning whatsoever. We're told that everything is fine, yet good employees are caught off guard and laid off.
