Good incentive and salary for fresher,for managers level it’s good company

Minpunten

If u are under managers level no life balance u will work 12 hours a day ,6 days a week,work and life balance is very bad,No growth if u r field engineer to it (internal job will come but they not selected u and not tell u selected or not)

The residents are the best and some of my coworkers are nice.

I hate working here. I wouldn't tell anyone to work at atria the management just sucks. My boss is the rudest lady you will ever meet. All they care about is money. I sometimes don't even get breaks. One time I tried to take a break and got in trouble because I was told I already got my 30, but keep in mind you get two 15 min breaks that my atria won't let you take. I wish someone would call the state and report all this. When you are about to leave to go home they ask you to work a double after you have been thereported your 8 hours......
