      great educational experience,possibility to publish papers,visa support,very good health insuranse package,nice retirement plan,good enviroment,flexible hours,paid vacation and personal days,a lot of people to learn from

      very low salary,almost no possibility for professinal growth,really hard to find a job in industry after that,competion inside one team

      Research that focuses primarily on HIV, some cool seminars/talks, chill and laid back environment. There are great vacation benefits like getting the Friday before holidays like Labor Day or Memorial Day off.

      Minpunten

      Worked at ADARC for a few years and noticed quite a bit of competition amongst individuals in labs, arrogance and rudeness of some PI's, outdated equipment, mediocre pay/benefits, no room for growth. Having moved on to a larger company, I've realized that ADARC takes little pride in it's employees and offers the bare minimum when it comes to pay/benefits/perks. Some employees are also very unprofessional in how they interact with their PI and coworkers.
