I may not always agree with what I am told, or be able to respond in the way that people would like, but I need to hear their honest thoughts and views. - As part of the process of seeking constant feedback, all departing employees are invited to undertake a comprehensive exit interview, the results of which are shared with relevant managers and Directors and action taken as appropriate.
