      The potential to work for a company who has a desire to make the world greener.

      Minpunten

      The CEO and top management is not looking at the needs of tomorrow. Make knee jerk reactions on staff reduction. Do not look at employee retention in a serious way. HR in Manila is a joke. The company was built on M&A activity but they have zero desire to truly create a One ADEC environment.

      he customer service team is second to none—so responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. They really prioritize their clients, and it shows in everything they do. The products/services they offer are high quality, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I always felt supported and valued as a customer!

      While the company provides great customer service, there were times when response times were slower than expected, especially during peak periods. It can be frustrating to wait for an answer or resolution, even though the staff is always friendly and helpful once they do respond. Improved communication during busy times would really elevate the overall experience.
