Horrible management, favoritism and nepotism. Company brings you on in one capacity then doesn't follow through and plays dumb. Don't ask questions you'll tick off management. Full time hours with no benefits then per file pay to save them from giving you benefits.
SVP is an ogre with awful leadership and communication skills. There is no morale and completely disorganized. New clients, good luck hitting SLA's with this company it is so antiquated and slow paced nothing gets done. Just don't even waste your time.
