If you want to work for a senior management team that is only there because they are all yes men/women, and think that you are as replaceable as an old broom, then yes come work here. They follow a sales methodology that was created in the 80s (when there was no email) and still think that is the correct way because thats how they did it back when. The training program even lies about the average attainment of consultants activity and revenue wise. The fact is NO ONE believes in their sales methodology because its utter garbage and outdated. Based upon their belief system i should go and purchase myself a Ford Cortina and believe that car is the smartest and most efficient mode of transport i can use. I havnt spent a single day in the office without hearimg about an IT problem. Consultants leave so often that the security system resembles that of a bank. Protecting their precious data and not realising that people have this data on personal files anyway, and the big problem is not fata theft but rather the fact that all your best staff have left or are leaving. Work from home policy? Yeah its there, but its kept as a secret as they do not want to allow it. Funny how management doesnt want WFH but on a Friday none of them are to be seen. If you are performing then what is the problem? Get with the times.
