Pluspunten
Off the bat, look I myself have worked for other consulting companies, and I can tell you now, AECOM BNE is a pretty decent place to work at. As a first year grad the pay is competitive and more than what other consulting companies offer as a grad. The pay increment for first few years and after grad program is really good as well. In the BNE office the internal culture is great. AECOM really focuses on building a diverse and inclusive culture, and that's evident through the host of events and programs they have. They have really got this down pat, compared to other companies I've worked in. You feel comfortable to go at your own pace and there a heaps of resources they offer that consider you wellbeing and financial requirements. The exposure to range of clients and teams is incredible. You get to work with technical and commercial teams (depending on what you do). The team I work with is small, but I have the opportunity to work independently and support is always available when needed.
Minpunten
If you want more money after graduating grad program, you may find it difficult to negotiate if you yourself are not competitive. Keep in mind if you are more focused on earning more money. It is a big company is hierarchy is rigid. Going up may be tough if that's what you want. Easy to be pigeon holed but depends on what you ask for you.
