I use average employee tenure as a basis of measuring a company's success and stability. For AFDigital which has been around for ~5years or so, the only people who have lasted for so long are the two founders which is why I found it rather odd that the other review was made by someone whose been in the company for ~5years. The average employee tenure is >1 year which makes you wonder why everyone just wants to get out.
