This company is 'run' by four directors, all of which are clueless when it comes to running a business and in a constant selfish battle with each other by prioritising their own departments over improving anything about the way the company runs as a whole.
They will not take on board any attempts to improve the company for the better, for fear of exposing their own inexperience and inadequacies when it comes to running a business.
No matter which department you work in, you will be working for someone incompetent with a fundamental lack of understanding about the products that they themselves proclaim to be experts in. You will be expected to compensate for constant mistakes made by management caused by this lack of knowledge. You will also be blamed for all the mistakes/problems they cause on a daily basis due to their own incompetence.
Aside from the management, expect to enjoy lower than average pay, being over worked, constant office politics and a massive divide between all departments including non-stop childish arguing as part of your daily diet.
Take my advice and the countless others I know that have left the company, avoid at all cost. Do not waste your time.
Until the existing owners leave, nothing will change.
