Less people more work - toxic company, thrives on secrecy and failing initiatives, using the RTO and redundancies to increase negativity and hence people are voluntarily leaving without redundancy as the environment is impossible to work in -seems that's the company aim as they are doing little to keep people but a lot to encourage them to leave if they haven't already been made redundant.. Waiting on the leadership team to change as once that happens the Company might begin to thrive again
