bonus targets disconnected from personal contributions, VERY slow management decisions, no one is accountable or held accountable for failure or missed targets, employees are disgruntled due to recent lay-offs, AGCO is always lacking behind its competitors, no innovative products, agriculture industry has a very prominent 7-year cycle so expect to be potentially laid off in a downturn
