To promote change, they want to get rid of current employees and replace with new, young employees. Past changes have not yielded any improvement in sales or employee satisfaction. Some departments are expanded and others are ignored and over worked. Plant employees are overworked and not treated fairly. Promises are made for promotions and pay increases but do not materialize in a timely manner, if at all. Promised promotions and pay raises can take numerous inquires and a long period of time to actually happen.
