Total absence of empathy towards employees. Work overnight. Bad planning, inefficient organisation and mismanagement. Middle management is overload, very young and unexperienced. The true added value delivered to clients during missions is questionable. Deliverables are mass-produced with a clear lack of in-depth technical and business analysis, no real world expertise neither in Generative AI nor in Data Management, contrary to what is advertised. The "premium" branding image this company tries to nurture appears thus very far from the speedy express superficial reports they sell in reality.
