Pluspunten

Good benefits, good HR department. Genuinely enjoyed work there while the office was productive and managed properly.

Minpunten

Chaotic management. Self destructive office politics. Many of the people hired were very obviously not skilled in IT, which is required for a IT Help Desk job.

Pluspunten

Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

Minpunten

Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
