Not many. They are trying to turn the company around and have succeeded financially but they just can't renew the company the way they really need to. If they don't make it, they will be back in the bucket again in 20 years - would be sooner but too much money in insurance.
Minpunten
Don't accept a job here unless your manager has less than 3 years of service. Everyone with longer service are the reason the company got in the mess in the first place and they really don't have good managerial skills and don't care to change. They also want you to work 60 hour weeks with no hope of it ending.
