Minpunten

Een leerbedrijf dat niet zijn eigen champagne drinkt. Het leiderschapsteam heeft veel ambities, maar de mensen die daadwerkelijk de beslissingen nemen, zijn niet ervaren genoeg om het schip te leiden. (Learning company that doesn't drink it's own champagne. The leadership team has many ambitions but the people who truly make the decisions are not seasoned enough to lead the ship.) Het creëert een omgeving waarin chaos zich voordoet als "gewone zaken", maar in feite een structurele afwijking is. Ik wens het team het allerbeste, maar als je carrière wilt maken en je wilt ontwikkelen, is dit misschien niet de juiste plek voor jou. Denk goed na over je opties voordat je je bij dit team aansluit. (It creates an environment where chaos is dressed as "regular business" but is infact structural misalignment. I wish the team the best but if you're looking to grow in your career and develop this may not be the right place for you. Really consider your options before joining this team.)

AIHR is de perfecte plek voor mensen met een passie voor het bouwen van producten, processen en teams. De bedrijfscultuur is zeer collaboratief, waar je ideeën echt gehoord worden en je de vrijheid hebt om te experimenteren en te innoveren. Het team heeft ongelooflijk veel kennis van HR en iedereen is behulpzaam en wil elkaar graag helpen. Het internationale team is een enorme plus, en het gloednieuwe hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam met een dagelijkse, door een chef-kok bereide lunch is een fantastische extra.

Minpunten

Als snelgroeiend bedrijf ligt de strategie niet altijd vast en kunnen dingen snel veranderen. Dit kan een uitdaging zijn voor wie meer structuur prefereert, omdat niet alle processen vastgelegd of geïmplementeerd zijn. Persoonlijk vind ik dit aspect prettig omdat het veel ruimte biedt om dingen uit te zoeken, maar het kan een veeleisende omgeving zijn. De kernwaarde van Excellence betekent ook dat de verwachtingen hoog liggen, wat soms uitdagend kan aanvoelen.

Minpunten

The company publishes misleading job descriptions. In reality, the quality of work, performance, and career at AIHR depends on your nationality and not skills. There's systematic racism and discrimination at AIHR. No one should join the company with a contract less than 2 years or your career and mental health will suffer.
