Sure, LoyaltyOne isn't for everybody - and it shouldn't be. The company looks for unique traits in its hires beyond the job specific skill sets. Not everybody will make it here. Why? Because we are always changing. For the better. Which means you need to be open to new ideas, flexible, energetic and willing to lean in and have a point of view. You want to join a leading edge HR team? Not afraid to make change and experiment with new ideas? Love outstanding peers and and collaborating and learning from your team mates? This is what bring me in with a smile every day! I have had job rotations on the team over the years and ongoing support from the HR leaders to grow and learn.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
