Most of the 1 star reviews seem extreme to me, your experience will really depend on the team you are working on. I expect that large wave of negative reviews comes from laid off employees after recent corporate restructuring. -Nice office environment with standing desks and dual monitors -Free snacks and other perks -Good work life balance and most teams are flexible with remote work -Corporate travel discount -Earn 4 weeks vacation after 5 years tenure, fast for a private sector company

-Incompetent managers on some teams -VPs sometimes unwilling to let go of long-tenured managers and shield them from criticism despite their lack of results -Business is still on the path to recovery after hit from the 2016 expiration scandal -Uncertainty in future of the business as it is widely suspected that the US parent company is looking to sell LoyaltyOne. Hence the recent restructuring and cost cutting

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
