3yThank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying the benefits of our remote-first work model and our strong focus on regular Associate engagement activities, which do tend to include some pretty amazing prizes.
Thank you for sharing your experience working in our call center. The frontline Ambassadors in our Customer Care department are essential in driving program value for Collectors, even beyond issue resolution. The pressure can be high in these roles, but our aim is to allow for more balance to our Ambassadors by introducing multiple channels in addition to phone support that they can leverage to help direct Collectors in resolving their issues. We will continue to look for new ways make Collector’s touchpoints with Customer Care simples and more intuitive, both for the benefit of our valued Ambassadors, as well as for our Collectors.
