Good discount, nice product, great co-workers, overall fun culture. If you work hard you can grow.

Minpunten

Everyone is underpaid - DMs, Managers, etc. Only way to get your salary caught up anywhere near market value is to threaten to resign. Poor organization, company spends money on tech but uses the bare minimum and forgets about it so it becomes more of a hinderance than anything. Cheap. The expectation if for you to work yourself to the bone. Training is not a priority and has fallen behind.

The manager was awesome, very supportive, and always approachable, which created a positive and motivating work environment. The team was collaborative and worked well together during busy shifts, and the fast-paced setting helped me build strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

Minpunten

The role can be fast-paced and requires meeting sales goals, which may feel challenging at times, especially during peak hours. However, this also provides a good opportunity to develop resilience and improve sales skills.
