It's marginally better than a cashiering job. The location is nice for your lunch break

Minpunten

High turnover. Dumb rules like having a strict dress code(for a CALL CENTER???) and not being allowed to have anything but a branded water bottle, 1 photo, and 1 plant on your desk.

Working remote is the only pro.

-Awful management. -Lack of support. -Unclear job expectations. -Morale is a joke. -Pay is abysmal if you have to commute. -Turn over rate is industry leading. -Training is very much figure it out through reprimands. -HR is absent and will never talk to employees. -Good luck getting time off approved inside of a pay period. -Managers don't respond to emails or Teams chats for help but expect you to drop everything and respond when they send something.
