Managers try their best to retain people. But their hands are tied because these are people who recently got promoted so you might understand their situation. Only upside is that they might show empthy to some situation.

To begin with the company is new, this company is not established in US. Its a third party business, so it functions like a thirdparty business too; only profit would matter to them at this stage. If you are looking at a stable job, you are in the wrong place, this company would not think about giving u a middle finger if you are off target for a month. You would be promised that its a fixed off Saturday and Sunday, but its not. There are term and conditions for Saturday off. If you dont acheive your target you have only Sunday off. Breaks also depend on how good the team score is, if team score is bad you dont get breaks. Which is aka voilation of employee rights.
