compensation can be a bit lower than other places. No other major complaints. Starting to be more flexible with compensation

Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

Minpunten

They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
