It’s in a beautiful city.

Management is focused on pleasing corporate and not in the reality of what it takes to get the work done. Corporate acquired PDT and seems to be sucking it dry. Lots of turnover. Every month a couple or more people leave.

Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

Minpunten

Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
