As a health care software vendor, the products are generally easily relatable yet are interesting and challenging to work on. Health benefits are fabulous and the engineering team is very talented and competent.
Minpunten
The stock is going nowhere and hasn't in some time making rewarded options essentially worthless. Product delivery cycles are generally tied to the yearly RSNA convention which occurs in late November and early December and therefore, the holiday season can be somewhat stressful and hectic with delivery crunch. The development cycle is documentation heavy as required by the FDA. Being one of the last remaining small vendors in the space, the future is somewhat unclear.
