Good place to learn not to work for third party for profit service. . Experience. You can make money but not enough for what you have to put up with from the company.

Long shifts. You're only a number to fill a slot. Mandatory overtime. They don't care about you or the pts.

AMR San Mateo is making huge strides in changing the Old Boy culture of EMS. The operation is collaborative, cares for its employees, and acts with accountability.

Minpunten

Although it's much better than it was, AMR San Mateo still deals with staffing issues, primarily for medics, and forced mandation is still in play.
