There are none and this is making me put in at least 5 words or it will not accept my review, but there really are ZERO.

Minpunten

Everything that can be disasterous about a business, AMR is the poster child. Management thinks they know everything and make the operation all about them. The executives are all welcomed into a club of idiots that no other self respecting company would have. Its kind of like looking through the window of an insane asylum. They only survive on the backs of the EMTs and MEDICS that sohard. AMR takes full advantage of their employees passion for what they do until their is nothing left.

Career growth opportunities, supportive coworkers, opportunities to learn and develop, ability to advance if you stay engaged and work hard

Minpunten

Healthcare/EMS can be demanding, long hours at times, stressful days, and workload can be heavy depending on staffing and operations. These things aren’t specific to AMR, that’s our industry in general.

AMR San Mateo is making huge strides in changing the Old Boy culture of EMS. The operation is collaborative, cares for its employees, and acts with accountability.

Minpunten

Although it's much better than it was, AMR San Mateo still deals with staffing issues, primarily for medics, and forced mandation is still in play.
