First, there is no career path here. Many people have been doing the same job for years, and when they show initiative about wanting to pick up a new skill management ignores them. In some groups you will be expected to come in during heavy snowstorms. The most important thing that seems to be coming down from management is that you are in the office, and following the dress code. The benefits are overpriced, the 401k vesting period for employer match is 4 years. With the split from Envision, they killed off the bonus program, which has also hurt employee morale. Essentially everything that seemed OK before the split has gotten much worse. Overall, I can't recommend you avoid this company enough.
