not enough man power to handle all the work (more a function of regulations from the head quarters)- which often means long working hours

Good place to learn in various research skills. Not a bad company to start your career at, however it is not advised to stay for more than one year. Salary above average compared to other research companies.

Minpunten

Obsolete Indian management. Majority of upper management positions are dedicated to expats and not local resources. Poor office. It is basically a two-floor flat. HR with poor skills to solve subordinates problems with their managers. High turnover with many employees leaving the company. Terrible work and life balance.
