AMS are still the no.1 in Recruitment Process Outsource and is absolutely the right choice if you are looking for a career within corporate in-house recruitment. The level of work/life balance is entirely dependent on the service set-up with the client and their demands ie. Some accounts allow for 40-60% WFH/offsite where as others will require 100% on-site and WFH/flexi hours are on a case-by-case occurrence. Some great internal training courses provided by AMS - steadily growing number of courses available however they are predominantly targeted on entry-level to mid-level recruiters.

Considerably lower salary compared to the market average. Confused and under-delivering bonus structure that has been revamped a second year in a row. Communication from the leadership team tends to be fluffy. Any employee below Head of Client Services level are powerless to influence or impact any real business change.
