- what management says and does are very different things, sometimes opposite - senior developers will be milked till the bones: senior developers have to 'coach' aka make up for all junior lack of knowledge and mistakes. This is part of AND Digital model: charge a high amount for juniors who are not able to do their job and get completely supported by seniors who get overworked. There are very few career possibilities for seniors.
