I have been working here for one year now and let me tell you that this organisation is a complete filth please don’t join them it is better not to have a job rather than joining them. This company is not employee centric they ruin freshers future. Please Note that the entire Information provided by me is true in this article. Let me guide you what all you will face in this organisation. 1: No growth, their main work is to provide application Support to the software which is ERS developed by them , you won’t learn any new technology or trending software as they focus mainly on support software’s or ticketing tools they provide fancy name to the Different posts but the work is same , If you are hired as a business analyst then you are supposed to work on the either CRM Support or if you are lucky then on Email Support and if hired as a data Analyst or developer then too you will not learn anything new as they provide the task of log monitoring of the support tickets your whole work will revolve around support and their useless software irrespective of your efforts or accomplishment . 2: Very low salary for freshers , if you are from Amity and unlucky enough to get hired by them you will get ₹12000 in hand per month , irrespective if you are hired on a 3.8 lac or 4 lac per annum and if you are hired from a Average University or VIT etc you will get ₹8500 per month max irrespective to the fact that you were hired on 2.8 lac or 3 lac per annum . After approximately two years of working in this mean organisation your salary will then be equal to the salary of the fresher hired in a better organisation at that present time it is better not to work their for two years instead and break the bond by throwing one lack bond amount on their worthless face. The reason for low in hand salary yet on a 3.8 lac or 2.8 lac is because their salary structure consists of high fringe charges and high cab and accommodation charges, you can’t even opt out of the highly charged on your money accommodation because of their ugly work timings and rotational shifts for a new joiner. All such pain just for a low salary. 3: The timings in ANR Software are from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM in a normal shift but these timings are just for saying we usually work upto 1:30 AM to 2:30 AM each day and you won’t get a single penny from them in the name of extra-work done and if you dare enough to sign out on time from system you won’t get a better review from your Supervisor and the in hand salary won’t increase once you are in office you cannot go out from office in between shift just for a short length of time as for going out you will have to apply for a gate pass in case of emergency that too will be approved in hours and without that the administration won’t let you leave. 4: As in the present case scenario as we see many big MNC’s are shifting to four days working the management of this filthy company very politely said to work for 10 hours normal shift on the starting day of Work From Home Because as per them one hour of the employee is consumed im commuting from their home to office and vice versa on a normal day. 5:They intentionally change the timings for Saturday to 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM which ruins your Sunday too and you are forced to do the Saturday shift for one year complete and you will also have to sign a two year bond after which you won’t get a job because you will have no developed skill and you will left stuck in the ANR Software named hell hole. Just to inform after reading all the truth , if you stil want to join ANR Software then please brace yourself for 10 years of hardships. Thanks for bearing!!
