Pluspunten
The people in the tech teams such as squads, shift, & the Customer Success Architechts were some of the nicest & most passionate people I've met, always willing to help out colleagues, willing to learn new things & share knowledge with others, & find a solution for customers. The partnership with vendors mean that the training & certification opportunies were excellent - if you could get the time to take advantage of them. Personally, working mostly from home & being flexible with working hours was excellent & has been a hard act to beat.

Cliquey as hell, especially since the merger. Requests & suggestions were often ignored by management. Mislead over strategic direction, lip-service paid to values: when actually trying to "do the right thing" or "be yourself" you're criticised and disciplined
