a lot of projects, and they love to party

there are goups/cults in the office that you're either within those and you're taken care of or you're not and they let themselves to mistreat you and isolate you. and no one from senior management will prevent that, they might even be the cause. 99% of staff are white and they are not open to any diversity. no work life balance.

I got to park in frount of the building instead of across the street.

No Senior Management accountaility. Will not take the considerations of their employees to improve production. I dont understand how they stay in business.
