      Boss does not micromanage, overall, company seems to have nice, helpful people. CEO is a really nice guy and so is everyone in the head office in Irvine.

      Minpunten

      Lack of job stability. If contract with client ends, you will likely be without a job. There also seems to be a revolving door with construction managers regularly leaving/ joining. However, this may also be a common symptom of this industry. The core team of this company is very stable and solid.
