the company has a delayed bonus payout. And the delay is usually over 6 to 9 months the company says that this is to protect the company's interests in case the employee joins a competing firm. The founder gives fake assurances to gullible freshers joining the company, that their balance bonuses would be paid out in case they prove that they are joining a non-competing firm. However, no one till date has been ever paid out their bonuses irrespective of what company they join.
