Engineering team team was like a family. The guy who hired me was a smart guy and nice to work with.

People are leaving since there is no one to tone down the micro managing CEO . The 5 star rating on top is from Cedric, which I found funny! - This speaks volumes!

1. Friendly and helpful atmosphere 2. A good place to learn and do some challenging work 3. Being a startup, lots of R & D types of work which definitely helps in a career growth 4. No micromanagement. They trust their employees which I would appreciate a lot. 5. The company aims for a bigger challenge which for sure helps the employees to aim big. 6. I found the best insurance benefits

Every company has some pros and cons. The best part of APrivacy is they are open to adapt ideas which they think are not good for the company/employees.

YES MEN THRIVE. Company claims to have been in business for over 7 years, but no customers to date.
