The company deals with PoS solutions for Retail and healthcare industries. So, it is a good choice for anybody who want to acquire industry knowledge of Retail/Healthcare. The clients range from small businesses to corporate entities, so working with the clients is challenging.

      ARBA Retail Systems is evolving and there is still a scope of better HR practices. Not for people who cannot survive challenges on a day-to-day basis.

      Managers are very helpful and communicate very well. Goals are set very clearly and tracked regularly. All staff members seem happy and like their job. Comes with flexibility.
