Pluspunten
A stable job in the heart of the city of joy (condition applied as mentioned in Cons)
Minpunten
01) Though it is a very old organisation, they still don't have any mission statement. 02) Politics at it's best - if you know whom to oil, you are very much into this organisation's structure. 03) Be ready to work on weekends without payment. This is a practice here. Your manager will force you to do so. 04) Discriminating people in the basis of Caste and Religion (directly or indirectly) is very much prevalent here. The management is to some extent biased to BJP. 05) Be ready to receive less amount in your full and final settlement. Though the monthly salary arrives on time, they will cut one increment in 3 years for sure. 06) They will give your pay slips in 2 months' delay. They do this not to allow you to submit your last months' pay slips to your next organisation. 07) No employee management system. You have to track your leaves on your own - otherwise be prepared that, they will cut your salary. 08) The people who tells you to arrive on or before 10:30 AM, himself arrives on 11:30 AM. It is like a government office, they do everything except work. 09) They have a negative can-do attitude. Suddenly, they plan to build a new product, after 2/3 months they scrap it and they return to the place where they were earlier. 10) In last 4 years, no people stayed here for more than 1 year. This is really alarming and the management itself is responsible for it. 11) Whatever good things you do, be prepared that, you’ll not get appreciated. They don’t understand that an appreciation makes an employee more productive. 12) Clear communication is not present here. They even don’t reply your emails. If you email someone, you have to poke them personally that you’ve sent it. 13) They have a non-negotiable 3 months’ notice period, which they’ll disclose when you’ve already arrived to join. They’ll never disclose it in your offer letter. 14) They will not give you leaves on Indian National Holidays. They haven’t listed 2nd October on the Holiday List 2019. 15) Last but not the least, almost all positive reviews in Glassdoor are fake. Management forces employees to give good reviews in Glassdoor.
