1 - Salary doesn't get paid on Time EVER...
2 - When I resigned due to lack of salary for 4 months, I was told to sign papers saying that my due salary is adjusted against Notice Period (which was actually 1 month only) otherwise I would be declared absconding employee
3 - CEO spends more time & money on his Painting rather than business development which is why company has down from 20+ to 6-7 people now.
Treat staff well, very helpful . Everyone is very nice , good wages , perks . Best company to work too. You can move up in company , study if you wish too
