Pluspunten
There are many pros to working for Asda, for instance you can take your time with tasks and are not obligated to complete them in a silly time frame. I also love the fact I can drop what I am doing for a customer, or for tills without any repercussions. My managers are supportive and enthusiastic. My colleagues are around my age as well but it is also very diverse in every bracket which is lovely.
Minpunten
The managers, as supportive as they are, are sometimes seldom seen on the shop floor. When going to the tills to queue bust I find myself stuck there for pushing 4 hours a go which is just impractical and against queue busting rules. The tools used (gun and printer) are outdated and need serious updates and there are also never enough in store. The same can be said for the tills which need a serious dose of TLC.
