They care about the employees, and throw 2 fun company parties a year with a generous gift. ASEA also gives merit increases each year without fail, holiday cash, and when the company meets their goals, pays bonus.

The company seems to be behind on process flow, how decisions are made, who makes them, and what priorities are for each dept. Company-wide communication could be more timely.
