They elevate leaders with known behavior problems (bullying and having outbursts in meetings) and intimidate employees to not share how things are really going for fear of their jobs. Not to mention the leadership team is stuck with analysis paralysis and cancels projects after employees have worked on them for months. They preach to be a company with ethics but they didn't even let managers decide who they would let go and haphazardly dismantled entire teams.
