Every morning, trash bins are overflowing, the office is disorganized and untidy, and overall security for each room is lacking. People: While some colleagues are nice and approachable, others can be snobbish and unprofessional. There is a lack of mutual respect among some employees, and many do not fulfill their responsibilities according to their position or title. When asked about their tasks, some simply respond with, "Oh, I don't know." Pay: Employees are not paid according to the actual number of working days, and salaries are automatically deducted for the SRC program. The company appears to be struggling financially, to the point where there is no budget for company programs, leading to deductions from employees' salaries.
