Pluspunten
Good for the first company to work at after graduating from school. It is a relatively small company and doesn’t have too many layers, so you can learn lots of stuff in many perspectives. Engineers have good relationships with other, like a big family (people from higher management not included).
Minpunten
Since company is small, you have to deal with lots of stuff (even some minor ones, i.e. purchasing, order tracking and trivial items which the company could simply hire a high school graduate to handle). Work life balance is bad, customers sometimes don’t treat us like human, and want us to work 24/7. However, the upper management doesn’t protect employees but just follows what customers say and puts heavy workload on engineers.
