CEO at top in Holland is trying to improve what is a very hostile work environment at ASM America. ASM America upper management conducted weekly Monday morning beat down meetings that drove mass Exodus of employees that continues. CEO put a stop to that but damage is done. Company now trying to right serious wrongs by trying to improve work life balance but local upper management is attempting to circumvent work from home and work life balance benefits. Major change in local upper management is needed to stem the flow of employees from leaving but huge profits currently flowing in the semiconductor industry prevent the brain drain from impacting the companies bottom line.
