Micro management No empathy towards team members Good pay, however, for the amount of work that was expected of us we should have been getting paid more. Federal contract was extended for 3 years until our current administration decided to demolish federal programs

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
