males are sitting on websites ogling the fotos of women and rating them . Totally misogynistic. As others have said...little training "sink or swim" and they indeed seem to hire anybody . Watch for over tasking , they will definitely attempt to get you to work OT for FREE !

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

Minpunten

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
