ASM is growing again with many new projects coming through the door. Project Managers and project leads will get more opportunities to grow and expand their leadership skills. In addition, senior staff will need to develop and mentor junior team members as the company expands its college recruiting and new hire initiatives. Team environment is strong on most projects. Company is focused on employees total growth and compensation package. Many projects support flexible work schedules with work from home at least 2 days per week an option.
